This is an evaluation of the New Mexico Environment Department’s (NMED) Draft Ground Water Discharge Permit DP-200 Renewal and Modification (DP-200, the permit)1. The permit is for Homestake Mining Company’s (HMC) mill near Grants, New Mexico.
